Jeremy Lamb retires at 32
Before arriving in the NBA, Lamb was among Connecticut’s standouts in the NCAA Tournament win in 2011.
Jeremy Lamb announced his retirement from basketball with a post on his social channels.
"Basketball has been good to me throughout my entire life, so this decision didn’t come easy," Lamb said on his post.
"I know I wouldn’t be where I’m at without the love and support from my family and friends, so I want to take a moment to express my appreciation. I’m thankful for the many ways you’ve been there throughout my career."
"I also want to acknowledge my teammates, who have made this experience unforgettable. To my coaches, thank you for your guidance and belief in me. Your impact on my life goes beyond the court. Now it’s time to catch another dream!
Lamb, the No. 12 pick of the 2012 NBA Draft by the Thunder, produced career averages of 10.1 points and 3.6 rebounds in 10 seasons.
