Jeff Dowtin is signing a two-way contract with the Toronto Raptors, reports Shams Charania.
The guard last year spent short stints with the Warriors, Magic and Bucks.
Dowtin played the Summer League with the Canadian team, producing 16.2 points and 4.2 assists per game, shooting 57 percent from the field and 92 percent from the foul line.
The Toronto Raptors are signing guard Jeff Dowtin Jr. on a two-way NBA contract, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium. Dowtin Jr. had call ups to Golden State, Orlando and Milwaukee last season.
