According to Shams Charania, Utah Jazz coach Quin Snyder has decided to make a major change in the starting five. Forward Royce O’Neale will replace Mike Conley.
The former Memphis pointguard has struggled to adjust to his new team, averaging 13.3 points and 4.1 assist over 34 games.
The Jazz are fifth in the Western Conference with 36 wins in 57 games.
O’Neale, a versatile defensive forward, is averaging 6 points, 5.2 rebounds and 2.5 assist, shooting 40% from beyond the arc.
