Jayson Tatum led the Boston Celtics to their 18th NBA title with an outstanding performance of 31 points, 8 rebounds, and 11 assists in Game 5 against the Dallas Mavericks. After the game, Tatum said, “This is going to be a night that I will remember for the rest of my life, from the game, the celebration, these moments. We’ve had some tough losses over the last couple of years, so winning in front of our home crowd was really important to me. I did everything in my power to make sure we won this game tonight.”
