Jaylen Wells suffers broken wrist after scary fall vs. Hornets

Memphis' Jaylen Wells broke his right wrist and was stretchered off the court after a hard midair collision with K.J. Simpson

Jaylen Wells suffered a broken right wrist Tuesday night during Memphis’ win over Charlotte. The injury came after a fast-break dunk when Wells collided midair with K.J. Simpson, who inadvertently undercut him.

Wells landed hard on his arm and head and was stretchered off after eight minutes on the court. Simpson received a Flagrant 2 and was ejected.
