The New Orleans Pelicans will sign guard Javonte Smart to an Exhibit 10 contract, reports JD Shaw.
The LSU product was a Two-Way player for the Bucks and Heat during his rookie year.
Smart also played in G League with the Sioux Falls Skyforce, scoring 21.1 points with 3.6 assists and 1.9 steals per game.
