Pittsburgh alumni played in his career in France with Metropolitans and Roanne, and in Lithuania with Juventus Utenos.
Artis ended last season with Roanne averaging 11.1 points, 2.7 rebounds and 2.1 assists in ProA.
Ionikos Nikaias bought his rights from Japanese team Kyoto.
