Jalen Brunson has re-signed with the New York Knicks, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. The franchise star decided to agree to a four-year, $156 million extension this summer instead of waiting until next summer, when the player would be eligible for a five-year, $270 million extension. This gives the Knicks much more salary cap space to keep this team intact and to move in the market.
