Jakob Poeltl to sign four-year, $80 million contract with Raptors

C Jakob Poeltl and the Toronto Raptors have come to terms on a four-year, $80 million contract. Michael Tellem and Sam Goldfeder  are Poeltl’s agents. There is a player option in the deal.
