2021 class Italian/Filipino point guard Dalph Panopio (’00) has committed to Cal State Bakersfield, reports Eurohopes.
Panopio, who is currently playing at South Plains College (TX), had a breakout tournament in the 2018 ANGT Finals playing for Italian team Stella Azzurra and averaging 17.8 points and 5.5 assists while shooting a 50% from the 3-point line.
