The Miami Heat have announced the release of Drew Peterson and Alondes Williams.
Peterson is a rookie guard from USC, while Williams is a forward who came out of Wake Forest in 2022.
Both players will most likely start the season with the Sioux Falls Skyforce, the G League team affiliated with Miami.
The Heat’s roster is down to 19 players, with Dru Smith, Jamal Cain and R.J. Hampton as Two-Way Players.
