The Atlanta Hawks will be without promising forward Jalen Johnson for the rest of the season.
The former Duke standout will undergo surgery to repair an injury to his left shoulder, as reported by Shams Charania.
The Hawks, currently on a six-game losing streak, sit ninth in the East with a 22-23 record.
Johnson was averaging 18.9 points (50% FG, 31% 3P, 74% FT), along with 10 rebounds, 5 assists, and 1.6 steals in 36 minutes per game.
