Hapoel Tel Aviv signs Joe Ragland

After a super season at the helm of Peristeri under coach Spanoulis, Joe Ragland returns to Israel to sign with Hapoel Tel Aviv, one of the teams that will participate in the upcoming Eurocup.

The 34-year-old point guard in Greece produced averages of 14.2 points and 8.1 assists per game between the Hellenic league and BCL.
