Phillip is no longer a player of Hapoel Jerusalem

Hapoel Jerusalem has parted ways with British point guard Tarik Phillip, the Israeli team announced.

Phillip averaged 13 points, two rebounds and one assist in the first two Basketball Champions League games of the season.
