Israeli side announced a couple of signings

Israeli side Hapoel Haifa has announced the signing of Anthony Hickey and Devonte Upson

The first comes off a season in VTB with Astana (22.5 ppg and 7.7 apg), the second played in Turkey with Belediyesi (8.7 ppg and 6.7 rpg)
