Tyrese Haliburton delivered one of the wildest moments of the 2025 playoffs, hitting a game-tying jumper at the buzzer to send Game 1 into overtime. With a toe on the three-point line, his shot made it 125-125, setting up Indiana’s comeback win.
The Pacers erased a 14-point deficit in the final 2:45, fueled by Aaron Nesmith’s 30-point outburst (8-for-9 from deep). Haliburton finished with 33 and mimicked Reggie Miller’s famous “choke” gesture to the MSG crowd after his shot.
The Knicks collapsed in historic fashion — teams leading by 14+ with under 3 minutes left had been 994-0. Brunson (43) and Towns (35 & 12) couldn’t prevent a crushing loss. Game 2 is Friday night in New York.
