Marshall Glickman’s leadership at the helm of the EuroLeague is being put to the test. Only months after taking charge, his position is already in jeopardy. A crucial shareholders’ meeting is scheduled for tomorrow, June 5th, where it will be decided whether Glickman will retain his position or if a new change will be implemented in this role.
Glickman was appointed last year on an annual contract, assuming the position previously held by Jordi Bertomeu alongside Dejan Bodiroga and the newly created position of EuroLeague President.
Spanish journalist Marc Mundet has revealed that Glickman’s management is under strict scrutiny due to a lack of significant development. The newly appointed leader has yet to leave his “mark” on the organization.

It is not at all clear what will happen on Monday and who should be the replacement. But it is clear that the first year without Jordi Bertomeu is about to close without a marked path. And the owners are fully aware of this. pic.twitter.com/9SMJiVBeTC
