Olimpia has decided that the 1.93 mt tall shooting guard Giordano Bortolani, born in Sant’Agata di Militello on 2 December 2000, returning from his loan spell at Scaligera Verona, will be part of the team during the 2023/24 season. “With Bortolani – Olimpia’s general manager Christos Stavropoulos explains – we started a journey years ago which, at the end of several experiences in other clubs of the top divisions, brought him back to Milan. We are proud to be able to offer to a product from our academy the chance to play for Olimpia, but Giordano is here because we believe he can help the team right away.” “I grew up here in this club so for me this is something really unique. It’s a dream come true. Now it is time to try to take the best out of this experience that I will live with enthusiasm and determination,” Bortolani said.
