Galatasaray forward Zach Auguste criticized the decision of the Turkish government to keep playing behind closed doors instead of suspending the league due to coronavirus outbreak in the world.
How is it that every other country and league has took the necessary safety and health precautions by temporarily or indefinitely suspending play except Turkey?

There has been no precautions taken prior to this for our safety… expecting us to participate in a game tomorrow during this pandemic is asking us to willingly risk not just our own health and safety but our families who live with us as well. #RaiseAwareness

Only 1 case… 81 million people in Turkey 15.5 million people in Istanbul alone and Turkey is surrounded by countries with outbreaks… so we just supposed to risk playing until someone tests positive then deal with the crisis instead of preventing any further outbreaks. ? https://t.co/lqEzXsPMJn
