Decision has been made because of COVID-19 restrictions on international travel

The G League’s Mexico City Capitanes will be based in Fort Worth for practice and housing purposes for the 2021-22 season and will play all games in their inaugural G League season, sources tell Marc Stein

NBA will have the Capitanes based in the USA in Year 1 because of COVID-19 restrictions on international travel
