From Serbia: EuroLeague in talks with Crvena Zvezda and Partizan Belgrade for multi-year licenses

There are reports from Serbia about an offer from EuroLeague to Crvena Zvezda and Partizan Belgrade for a multi-year participation contract.

News is coming out of Serbia regarding the future of Crvena Zvezda and Partizan Belgrade. According to Meridian Sport, the ECA has reportedly offered the two Serbian clubs a multi-year contract to participate in the EuroLeague. These would be special contracts, however, as the EuroLeague would require the two clubs to pay an annual participation fee and forgo TV rights revenue.

This would give Crvena Zvezda and Partizan Belgrade a way to join the EuroLeague with a multi-year plan, but without becoming EuroLeague-owned clubs.
