Franz Wagner, Josh Giddey named NBA Rookies of the Month for December

Giddey recently became the youngest player in history to score a triple-double.

The NBA has announced the Rookies of the Month for December.

Oklahoma City Thunder guard Josh Giddey and Orlando Magic forward Franz Wagner have been named the Kia NBA Western and Eastern Conference Rookies of the Month, respectively, for games played in December.

Wagner averaged 19.5 points, 5.1 rebounds and 3.1 assist for the Magic, while Giddey produced over 11 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists per game for the Thunder.
