Bartley is moving up from Spain's second division to the German Bundesliga

German Bundesliga’s Medi Bayreuth made Frank Bartley’s deal official.

Bartley played this season with Valladolid in the Spanish LEB Oro, averaging 16.2 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.1 assists.
