Fenerbahce has announced the signing of Turkish playmaker Kenan Sipahi, who has agreed to a one-year deal.
Sipahi returns to Fenerbahce after having played there from 2013 to 2015. He last played for Real Betis in ACB, averaging 7.3 points and 3.5 assists per game.
