Fenerbahce is close to reach an agreement with Markel Starks.
The pointguard started the season with BC Igokea, where he produced 12.6 points, 6.8 assists and 1.8 steals per game in BCL.
Georgetown product Markel Starks is leaving Igokea and will join Fenerbahce for the rest of the season. All sides involved are near a deal.
