Euromillions Basketball League will restart only with fans, may wait till January to “re-open”

Belgian Basketball league may not restart before January 2021.
Euromillions Basketball League will resume only when fans will be allowed to arenas.

The president of BBL, Arthur Goethals, spoke with HLN (via Thisisbasketball).

“The basketball season won’t start without fans. We respect all the sanitary measures, but we won’t play in empty arenas. If our capacity is limited, we can accept it. But we don’t want to be only accessible to our fans via livestream. If necessary, we will wait until January to start the season.”
