LUKA GARZA, Iowa – Forward

Luka Garza is looking to lead the charge for Iowa this season in the quest for the Championship title. He remains the top rising star for many college analysts and tip for future stardom in the NBA. Garza follows in the footsteps of his father who also played at college level for Idaho. Garza currently holds a number of accolades including the Big Ten Player of the Year award in 2020 and will be looking to have another big season this year. He is one to keep an eye on!

AYO DOSUNMU, Illinois – Guard
Ayo Dosunmu recently withdrew his name from the NBA draft and decided to return to Illinois this year to fight for the Championship title. Dosunmu is a 6ft 5 guard who averaged 16.6 points & 3.3 assists last season. He is highly regarded in the game and a crucial part of an Illinois team that consists of several talented players including Adam Miller and Trent Frazier. These are exciting times for Illinois and Dosunmu will be key if they are to triumph this year.

MARCUS GARRETT, Kansas – Guard
Third on our list is Marcus Garrett who currently plays guard for the Kansas Jayhawks. Garrett is an exciting talent who has been named in the Preseason Top 50 Watch List for the prestigious J.R. Wooden Award. Garrett was recently awarded the 19/20 Naismith College Defensive Player of the Year Award after posting a series of impressive defensive displays across the college season. He looks set to become a mainstay in the NBA in the future but first he must battle it out for another year with Kansas.

ALESSANDRO LEVER, Grand Canyon – Center
Alessandro Lever is a young Italian Center who plays for the Grand Canyon Antelopes. Born in Bolzano Italy Lever represented the Italian youth team in 2014 and also in 2018 where he played in the FIBA U20 European Championship averaging an impressive 13.9 points per game. Lever is one of the most prolific players in the NCAA and has a great points tally every year he has been part of the competition. He has started off the 20/21 season in great form and will look to produce this form for the remainder of the season.
