Former NBA center Dwight Howard is currently embroiled in a lawsuit accusing him of sexual assault against a man he met on Instagram, Stephen Harper

Former NBA center Dwight Howard is currently embroiled in a lawsuit accusing him of sexual assault against a man he met on Instagram, Stephen Harper. According to court documents, Howard has admitted to meeting Harper on social media in 2021 and seeing him in person later that same year. However, the former NBA star claims that nothing nonconsensual occurred during their meeting and is asking for the lawsuit to be dismissed.

In his complaint, Harper claimed that Howard surprised him by bringing a man dressed as a woman, named “Kitty,” and tried to involve him in a threesome. Harper alleges he was forced into nonconsensual sexual acts and feared for his physical safety.

Howard has denied all allegations and stated that both he and Harper were aware of “Kitty’s” presence and that all activities were consensual. Howard’s lawyer has requested that the entire lawsuit be thrown out.
