Donovan Mitchell makes $12 million donation at his old school

Utah Jazz star Donovan Mitchell is already making moves to give back to the community after securing a maximum contract extension. Mitchell is donating $12 million to Greenwich Country Day School, which he attended from third until ninth grade.

GCDSsays the donation will allow the school to open a scholarship fund enabling low-income students to attend, an annual “faculty support fund” which will provide a financial reward to select teachers, and a new gymnasium.
