Dinamo Sassari signs Nenad Markovic until 2025

Dinamo Sassari officially announced that they have hired Nenad Markovic, a 55-year-old Bosnian from Doboj, as head coach of the first team until 30 June 2025. A Bosnian father and Croatian mother, he grew up in KK Bosna playing among others alongside Danilovic. He has played for big clubs, including Limoges, Valencia, Olympiakos and Badalona, with a stint in the historic Stefanel Trieste in 92-93. He was the second foreign coach in Serie A in Sassari’s history after the Markowski parenthesis, which also came on the run.
