Restricted free agent Denzel Valentine has signed the one-year, $4.7 million qualifying offer to return to the Chicago Bulls, according to Shams Charania.
Valentine averaged 6.8 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 36 games for the Bulls last season.
