Smith comes off a season played with Detroit and New York

Dennis Smith Jr. has signed a camp deal with the Portland Trail Blazers, reports ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski

Smith played in 23 games last season with the New York Knicks and Detroit Pistons, averaging 6.7 points, 2.3 rebounds and 3.4 assists in 18.3 minutes.
