DeAndre Ayton expects to sign long-term contract extension with Phoenix

DeAndre Ayton is optimistic he will sign a contract extension with the Phoenix Suns.

“Honestly, I’m expecting something to get done so that we as a team can finish what we started, which is bring a championship to Phoenix,” Ayton said Monday to The Republic during Suns media day. “Period. Literally. That’s all it is.”
