Dallas Mavericks star Kyrie Irving has been diagnosed with a bulging disc in his back and is expected to miss 1-2 weeks, per Charania and MacMahon.
The Mavericks remain hopeful that treatment over the coming days will help set a target date for his return. This season, Irving has played 30 games, averaging 36.1 minutes, 24.3 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 4.9 assists per game.
With Luka Dončić also sidelined, Dallas faces significant challenges due to injuries.
