Dainius Adomaitis reportedly the frontrunner for Hapoel Jerusalem head coaching job

Last June Adomaitis and Rytas Vilnius agreed to mutually part ways after both sides could not agree on a contract extension.

According to Donatas Urbonas and Roi Cohen, Dainius Adomaitis is the frontrunner for the Hapoel Jerusalem head coaching vacancy.

Urbonas adds that also Alexsandar Dzikic is among the top names on the list of the Israeli team, who must replace the departing Oded Katash.

Per sources, Aleksandar Dzikic is also among the top names on Hapoel Jerusalem list. Luca Banchi was also one of the candidates, but the Italian coach is heading to the G league. Hapoel is expected to make a final decision very soon.
