The Atlanta Hawks will be without Clint Capela for the next 3 to 4 weeks. The team announced that the big man has been diagnosed with a ligament injury to the fourth metacarpal in his left hand.
He will be re-evaluated in approximately 3-4 weeks, with no set return date yet.
It’s a significant blow for Atlanta as they fight for positioning in the Eastern Conference play-in race. Capela has been a key presence in the paint, averaging over 11 points and 10 rebounds per game this season.
