Cleveland Cavaliers’ Jarrett Allen suffers hand injury, MRI scheduled

The Cavs’ dominant win over the Knicks came with an injury concern for their star center

Despite a 142-105 rout of the New York Knicks, the Cleveland Cavaliers are now dealing with an injury to Jarrett Allen.

The big man hurt his right hand in the first half and played just a few minutes after halftime before sitting out. X-rays came back negative, but Allen will undergo an MRI on Saturday to assess the extent of the injury.

The news comes as Cleveland (46-10, East’s best record) was finally getting back to full strength with the returns of Dean Wade and Isaac Okoro.
