Clashes broke out between Greek fans at the Final Four in Abu Dhabi, with incidents involving Panathinaikos and Olympiacos supporters before the third-place game.
Tensions settled after about five minutes, thanks to the intervention of security personnel.
Following the EuroLeague third-place game at the Etihad Arena, the two eternal rivals will face each other again in the Greek league finals series, starting next Friday.
