Chris Paul becomes first player to start 82 games in 20th NBA season

At age 39, Spurs guard Chris Paul sets a new NBA record for longevity and durability

Chris Paul made NBA history by becoming the first player ever to start all 82 games in his 20th season, surpassing John Stockton, who did it in Year 19.

Paul, who turns 40 next month, called the achievement “crazy” and praised Harrison Barnes and Mikal Bridges for their own streaks. Paul hinted at returning for Season 21: “The love for the game is still there.”
