Charges against Cleveland Cavaliers guard Kevin Porter Jr. were dropped, per ESPN’s Brian Windhorst.
Porter was arrested in November and charged with improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle as police found a gun and marijuana in his car after a crash.
