The Boston Celtics strengthen the frontcourt with the arrival of Xavier Tillman from the Memphis Grizzlies in exchange for two future second-round picks (2027 Hawks, 2030 Dallas).
Tillman, whose contract expires at the end of the season, was producing 6.1 points, 4.6 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 1.2 steals and one block in 20 minutes per game.
The Celtics are sending a 2027 second via Atlanta and a 2030 second via Dallas to the Grizzlies, sources tell ESPN. Boston gets Tillman, a young, versatile frontcourt player who gives them some depth for a championship run. https://t.co/29KABsBums
