The Turkish forward shared an emotional message after completing his move to PAOK

Cedi Osman has said farewell to Panathinaikos with a long social media message after arriving in Thessaloniki to complete his move to PAOK. The 31-year-old Turkish forward posted a highlights video from his two seasons with the Greens.

“This is not goodbye. It is a message of gratitude,” Osman wrote to the Panathinaikos family. He thanked the fans, teammates, coaching staff and everyone at the club for what he described as two unforgettable years.

Osman added that he wished the story could have lasted longer, but that “my own desire alone could not change the way it ended.” The Turkish international leaves Panathinaikos saying he will carry the bond built in Athens “for the rest of my life.”
