ABA Liga and Eurocup side Cedevita Olimpija have announced they have mutually agreed to part ways with Italian coach Simone Pianigiani, citing also the health conditions of former Milano and Fenerbahce tactician. Pianigiani has missed several games, both in ABA Liga and Eurocup, because of it.
Cedevita is currently 2nd in ABA Liga – tied with Partizan – on a 10-4 record while last in Eurocup Group A, winningless in 13 rounds.
