Sani Bečirović, sports director of Cedevita Olimpija:
“After Mikael Hopkins expressed his wish not to return to Ljubljana next season, we had to find a solution on how to fill the gap in the wing center. We found her in Marko Radovanović, who has been playing regional basketball for many years and knows her well, but at the same time he wants to try himself at a higher level. Everyone at Cedevita Olimpija is happy that Marko has decided to become part of our club, and that we have been following his development at FMP for some time, and that he will stay in Ljubljana for at least two seasons, we will follow with interest his progress, and we are confident that he will be able to take a step forward in his career in the Dragons jersey.”

Jurica Golemac, head coach of Cedevita Olimpija:
“We are happy that Marko landed in our Dragon’s Nest. He is a young player who is extremely capable in offense and defense, and at the same time he is also very athletic. I also think there is still a lot of room for improvement. Marko is a modern ‘four’ who can rebound, run, shoot and handle the ball well. I am sure that he will help us, but at the same time that we will help him to become a much better player, about which much will be heard. We all welcome him in Ljubljana and we all can’t wait to start working.”

Marko Radovanović, player of Cedevita Olimpija:
“I am very pleased to have become part of Cedevita Olimpija, so I sincerely thank everyone at the club for their trust. When the offer came, I didn’t think for too long, because you can’t say no to such a big club. I hope to meet all expectations, and once again, it is a great honor to become part of the story being written in Ljubljana.”
