The Cleveland Cavaliers have acquired the 49th overall pick in the 2022 NBA Draft from the Sacramento Kings in exchange of rights to Sasha Vezenkov.
The Bulgarian was selected as the 57th pick in the 2017 NBA Draft.
The Cavaliers have four picks in tonight’s draft now: 14, 39, 49 and 56.
