The Brooklyn Nets have announced that Ben Simmons will be out for the entire final part of the season. The player will consult with specialists to better explore options for treatment of a nerve impingement in his lower back. Together with the Nets’ medical staff and the specialists they have retained, the player will undergo treatment that will provide him with the best possible long-term health.
This season Ben Simmons has collected 15 appearances while recording 6.1 points, 7.9 rebounds and 5.7 assists per game.
