Starr headed to Turkish TBL

Brian Starr is moving to Turkish Second Division (TBL).
The guard has reached an agreement with Budo Gemlik Basketbol, a source tells Sportando.
Starr spent last season in Belarus with Borisfen Mogilev averaging 16.3ppg, 6.8rpg and 3.9apg.
