Bradley Beal’s agent, Mark Bartelstein, dismissed reports suggesting Beal might waive his no-trade clause for teams like Milwaukee, Denver, Miami, or the Lakers. Speaking to The Arizona Republic, Bartelstein said, “These reports are created out of thin air. Brad’s focus is on getting healthy and turning things around for the Suns.”
Bartelstein emphasized the value of Beal’s no-trade clause, noting, “It’s an asset we would never relinquish lightly. While we keep an open mind, there have been no trade discussions, as Brad is committed to Phoenix.”
Beal, averaging 17.1 points this season, returned from an ankle injury Monday after missing two games.
