A big blow for South Sudan just days before the start of the Paris 2024 Olympics. In fact, the absence of Bol Bol, reserve center for the NBA’s Phoenix Suns, is official. The player, certainly one of the most talented on the roster, will miss the Olympics for “unspecified personal reasons.” Ajou Deng, an assistant coach for South Sudan and Luol Deng’s older brother, confirmed to ESPN that Bol will not be attending.
