Berkan Durmaz joins Besiktas

Besiktas Istanbul is continuing to add to its roster ahead of its 7DAYS EuroCup return by signing Berkan Durmaz for the 2023-24 season. Durmaz (26 years old, 2.06 meters) last played for Pinar Karsiyaka, where he averaged 4.2 points and 3.6 rebounds in 14.8 minutes across 38 appearances in the Turkish League. Karsiyaka finished as the Turkish League runner-up last season. The forward already has experience of playing in the EuroCup, as he suited up for Tofas Bursa 26 times in the 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-20 seasons, averaging 4.3 points and 2.5 rebounds.
